This Terms of Sale Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions between you (the “Customer”) and Maneha Australia (ABN 20 682 646 656) (“Maneha Australia”, “we”, “us”, “our”) for the purchase of goods from our business.
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing, as they include important limitations of liability and your rights under Australian law.

1. General Terms
1.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website. The Terms in place at the time you place your order will govern that transaction.
1.2 If you are a regular buyer, please ensure you check these Terms before each purchase.
1.3 If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable in a specific jurisdiction, that portion will be considered severed in that jurisdiction alone, without affecting the enforceability of the rest of the Terms.
1.4 Our failure to exercise or enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
1.5 These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any transactions are deemed to have occurred in Adelaide, South Australia.
2. Definitions
- Large & Bulky Goods: Items requiring special handling or two-person delivery (e.g. baths or vanity units). These may incur additional delivery fees.
- Business Day: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, excluding public holidays.
- Delivery Address: The location provided by you for delivery.
- Delivery Agent: Our in-house delivery team or a third-party courier.
- Delivery Fee: The charge for delivering goods.
- Goods: Products listed for sale on our website.
- GST: Goods and Services Tax as defined under the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).
- Law: Any relevant legislation, regulations, or enforceable legal rules in Australia.
- Order: A request submitted by you to purchase goods.
- Personal Information: As defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
- Price: Total cost of the goods, inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
- Privacy Policy: Our privacy policy available on the website.
- Returns Policy: Refer to Section 6 of this Agreement.
- Special Delivery: Delivery of oversized items that cannot be shipped via standard couriers.

3. Orders
3.1 Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase goods at the stated price (E&OE) plus any applicable delivery fees.
3.2 You agree to provide complete and accurate personal or recipient details to ensure proper order processing and delivery. This information will be shared with relevant delivery partners, in line with the Privacy Act 1988.
3.3 An order number will be issued after submission for tracking and correspondence.
3.4 We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.
3.5 If we accept your order, a binding agreement forms between you and Maneha Australia under these Terms.
3.6 Should we decline your order, we’ll notify you within 5 business days and refund any payments in line with Clause 6.
3.7 You acknowledge:
- Images on our website are for reference only. Actual product sizes and colours may vary.
- Product accessories shown are for illustration and may be sold separately.
- You are responsible for ensuring the product dimensions suit your intended space and access points.
4. Product Availability
From time to time, products listed may be temporarily unavailable or out of stock. In such cases, Maneha Australia will make reasonable efforts to:
- Source the product, or
- Contact you within 5 business days to:
- Issue a refund (full or partial),
- Offer an agreed replacement product, or
- Propose an alternate solution.
If a resolution isn’t agreed upon, a full refund will be provided in accordance with Clause 6.
5. Pricing & Payment
5.1 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST unless otherwise noted.
5.2 You agree to pay:
- The item price at checkout, and
- Any applicable delivery charges.
5.3 We accept various payment methods as listed during checkout. Credit card payments must be made under the same name as the order.
5.4 Your order will only be processed once payment is confirmed. If payment fails, we’ll notify you and you may be required to use an alternative method.
5.5 A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment. This serves as your proof of purchase.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our Returns Policy complies with Australian Consumer Law and applies to all purchases from maneha.com.au.
6.1 Returns are subject to the following:
- You must contact our Customer Service team within 2 business days of delivery at [email protected].
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Custom-made, special order, or large items (e.g. baths, vanities, basins, toilets, mirrors) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
6.2 A Return Authority must be issued before any product is sent back to us.
6.3 Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
6.4 It is your responsibility to confirm dimensions and installation compatibility prior to purchase.
6.5 No Refund or Exchange for Change of Mind
Refunds or exchanges will not be provided where you have simply changed your mind, found the goods cheaper elsewhere, or made an incorrect selection.
6.6 Return Packaging Requirements
When returning a product, you must ensure it is adequately packaged to avoid damage during transit to our warehouse. Items, including their original packaging, must be returned in original, unused condition.
6.7 Refund Processing Time
Where a refund is processed in accordance with these terms, Maneha Australia will make reasonable efforts to complete the refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned goods. The time taken to receive the refund will depend on the processing time of your financial institution. Maneha Australia will not be held liable for any delay, loss, damage, cost, or expense incurred by you or any third party due to refund processing delays.
6.8 Non-Refundable Charges
Please note that delivery charges and payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) incurred by Maneha Australia are non-refundable.
6.9 Refund Method
To minimise fraud, refunds must be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, in compliance with the requirements of Visa, MasterCard, and other payment providers.
6.10 Proof of Identity for Refunds
For security purposes, you may be required to present valid photo identification to verify your identity when requesting a refund. Acceptable forms of ID include a current Australian Driver’s Licence or Passport showing your full name and a future expiry date.
Where merchandise totalling $300 or more is returned for a refund, we require your full name, address, and ABN (if applicable).
This information will be securely stored for a reasonable period and may be used for fraud prevention, internal analysis, and disclosed to authorities if required by law.
6.11 Discretionary Refunds and Restocking Fee
Where a refund is approved outside of the conditions stated above, Maneha Australia reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 30% of the current value of the goods. The cost of freight and insurance for returning goods remains the responsibility of the customer.

Consumer Guarantees
If you believe an item is faulty, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. These statutory guarantees operate independently of our returns policy and are not subject to specific time limits, though reasonable use, product type, and price may impact your entitlement.

Maneha Australia cannot offer a refund, exchange, or repair for goods that have been misused, improperly installed by unlicensed personnel, or subjected to abnormal use, whether determined by Maneha Australia, the manufacturer, or their service agents.
Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period may be denied.
7. Delivery
7.1 General Delivery Terms
Maneha Australia uses third-party delivery agents to deliver goods. By placing an order, you authorise us to share your name, address, and contact number with the delivery agent solely for delivery purposes.
If you are not available to accept delivery, you may provide an Authority to Leave or nominate a representative over 18 years of age to accept delivery on your behalf. We will consider instructions from your representative as binding.
Couriers cannot call prior to or during delivery.
If no one is available at the delivery address and no Authority To Leave is provided, a redelivery fee will be charged and must be paid prior to the redelivery.
Delivery charges may apply and will be in addition to the purchase price of each product.
Bulky items are delivered to the ground level only (e.g., carport or garage). Drivers will not carry items upstairs or into premises.
7.2 Delivery Areas
Maneha Australia ships to most locations in Australia. Additional surcharges may apply for deliveries to WA, NT, TAS, and certain remote or regional areas. Please confirm delivery costs with us before placing your order by providing your postcode, suburb, contact number, and email address.
7.3 Delivery Times and Limitations
Shipping timeframes vary by location. Maneha Australia is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages resulting from changes in delivery times.
To facilitate delivery, please notify our Customer Service team in advance of any access issues by emailing [email protected]. This includes but is not limited to:
- Limited vehicle access or restricted parking;
- Difficult or narrow entrances;
- Lack of assistance for bulky item unloading (particularly in Adelaide Metro).
If delivery cannot occur due to restricted access, safety issues, or your absence, a calling card will be left. You may rearrange delivery by following the instructions on the card. Additional delivery charges may apply.
If you fail to follow the calling card instructions within 7 working days, contact us at [email protected]. Unclaimed goods may be returned to sender, and any associated costs will be your responsibility.
7.4 Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Inspect goods on delivery. Notify our Customer Service team immediately of any damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
If a product is confirmed as faulty or damaged, a replacement will be sent at no extra charge. The original item may need to be returned for exchange—our team will coordinate this with you.
7.5 Delivery Assistance
Some deliveries require more than one person. Customers are responsible for providing adequate assistance at the delivery address for bulky or fragile goods (applicable in Adelaide Metro).
8. Supplier Direct
Some items are shipped directly from our suppliers. These items may have different delivery terms and will be shipped separately. Additional delivery fees may apply.
9. Order Cancellations / Changes
Order cancellations or changes must be requested via email at [email protected]. If goods have already been dispatched, cancellation or change may incur fees in accordance with Clause 6.
10. Title and Risk
Ownership of goods transfers to you upon delivery and full payment. If payment is declined or reversed, Maneha Australia may reclaim the goods. Risk of loss, damage, or wear and tear transfers to you once the order is dispatched.
Maneha Australia reserves the right to resell goods that are repossessed due to payment failure.
11. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional codes and discount offers must be entered at checkout. Maneha Australia is not able to apply codes retroactively once an order is submitted.
