This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through maneha.com.au and operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Returning a Product
To initiate a return, please email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. All return requests must include:
- A valid proof of purchase
- A Return Authority issued by Maneha Australia
You may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or repair under the following conditions:
- Unopened, Unused Items Only
Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, installed, or where installation has been attempted. Returns are also not accepted for custom-made or special order items such as baths, basins, vanity units, mirrors, toilets, shower screens, items with special finishes, and appliances. - Change of Mind
Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for change-of-mind purchases—except for standard stock items held by Maneha Australia. Products ordered in or made to order are excluded. We do not offer price matching or refunds if you find the product cheaper elsewhere. - Packaging and Condition
Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit and must be in original, saleable condition, including all original packaging and components.
Refund Processing
- Processing Time
Once returned goods are received and inspected at our warehouse, we aim to process approved refunds within 5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your financial institution. Maneha Australia is not liable for any delays caused by third parties. - Exclusions
Delivery charges and any payment processing fees (e.g. PayPal or Stripe) are non-refundable. - Same Card Refund Requirement
In compliance with Visa, Mastercard, and other card schemes, all refunds must be processed to the same card used for the original purchase, to prevent potential fraud.
Privacy & Identity Verification
- Privacy Protection
You may be asked to present valid photo ID (such as an Australian driver’s licence or passport) when requesting a refund. ID must include your full name and a future expiry date.
For refunds of merchandise totalling $300 or more, you must also provide your name, address, and ABN (if applicable).
Collected information will be securely stored and may be used for fraud prevention and analytical purposes, and disclosed to government authorities where required by law.
Discretionary Refunds & Restocking Fee
- Discretionary Refunds
If Maneha Australia approves a refund that falls outside standard policy, a restocking fee of up to 30% of the item’s current value may apply.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for all return freight, insurance, and handling costs.

Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If your product is missing or arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with:
- Your proof of purchase
- Clear photos showing the issue
We are unable to accept claims made after 48 hours. Maneha Australia is not responsible for any damage occurring during or after installation.
